Refunds are processed after QC approval and usually take:

• 4–7 days for prepaid refunds

• 7–10 days for bank transfers

COD orders are refunded via store credit or bank transfer.

• After shipping: Cancellation not allowed; you may request a return after receiving the item (as per policy)
