Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product received in damaged/defective condition
  • Size not available for exchange
  • Order canceled before shipment

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Customer dislike / “change of mind”
  • Discounted or sale items
  • Limited-edition items
  • Products failing QC inspection
  • Cash on delivery (COD) fee

2. Refund Mode

Refund will be processed to:

  • Original payment method (prepaid orders)
    OR
  • Bank transfer (if applicable)

Refunds take:

  • 4–7 business days after QC approval
  • 7–10 business days for bank transfer

3. COD Orders

COD orders are not refundable back to cash.
Refunds (if applicable) are issued as:

  • Bank transfer
  • Store credit (valid for 6 months)

4. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping:

  • Full refund to original payment method

After Shipping:

  • Order cannot be canceled
  • You may request return after delivery as per return policy

5. Refund for Failed Pickups

If product is not handed over during scheduled pickup attempts, return request will be auto-closed.


6. Failed Quality Check Refund Rejection

If QC fails due to reasons such as:

  • Worn/washed item
  • Damaged by customer
  • Missing tags
  • Stains or odor
  • Incorrect packaging

Refund will be rejected and item will be sent back.
