At Stylewears, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to our limited-edition fashion model and premium quality control, returns are handled under strict guidelines.
1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
Wrong product delivered
Defective or damaged product
Incorrect size delivered
Major manufacturing defect
We do not accept returns if:
Product is worn or washed
Tags or packaging are removed
Perfume, makeup, or stains are present
Product is customized or limited edition (no-restock items)
“On Sale” or “Clearance” items
2. Return/Exchange Window
You must request a return/exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
After 48 hours, no return requests will be accepted.
3. Return Conditions
Returned products must be:
✔ Unworn
✔ Unwashed
✔ With all original tags
✔ In original packaging
✔ Without odor/perfume stains
Non-compliant items will be rejected and returned back to you.
4. Return Logistical Process
A pickup will be scheduled within 2–4 business days.
In some pin codes, customers may need to self-ship the product.
Refund/exchange will be processed only after quality check at our facility.
5. Exchange
Exchanges are allowed for:
Size issues
Manufacturing defects
Wrong product delivered
- Exchange products will be delivered within 9 days.
Exchange validity depends on inventory availability due to limited stock.
6. Non-Returnable Items
T-shirts, Shirts, Jeans etc.
Limited-edition drop pieces
Items bought during discounts/offers
7. QC Failure
If the returned product fails quality inspection, the item will be shipped back to you without a refund.
