At Stylewears, we are committed to delivering your premium, limited-edition products safely and on time. Since our products are crafted in small batches with high-quality finishing, we ensure careful handling and reliable shipping for every order.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- During peak seasons, collection launches, or offer periods, processing time may extend to 2–4 business days due to high order volume.
You will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp notification once your order is processed and shipped.
2. Shipping Timeline
India Delivery:
- Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
- Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 4–7 business days
- Tier 3 Cities / North-East / Rural regions: 5–9 business days
Note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier service availability and external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping (Prepaid Orders): ₹59 – ₹99 based on location.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹79 extra handling fee (where available).
- Free shipping may be offered during special campaigns or for orders above a certain value.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- Tracking ID
- Courier partner name
- Tracking link
You may also track your order via “Track Order” on our website or contact support.
5. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
If the order is undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailable
- Unresponsive contact number
The order will return to our facility.
Re-shipping charges will be applicable for the second delivery attempt.
6. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package arrives damaged or tampered:
- Please record a video while opening
- Email us within 24 hours at: mail@stylewears.in
- Include order ID + photos/videos
We will assist you with replacement support as per our Return Policy.
7. International Shipping
Currently, Stylewears ships only within India.
International shipping will be introduced soon.
